美國最高法院昨天裁定，同性伴侶婚姻在全美50州都合法。
立法院司法及法制委員會去年排審攸關同性婚姻的民法親屬編部分條文修正草案，法務部反對一步到位修法，認為應採逐步漸進方式，各機關針對現有相關法令可採短、中期方式先處理，最後再進到婚姻法制化。
立法院第8屆第8會期9月15日開議，如果相關草案沒在第8會期通過，基於「屆期不連續」（每屆立委任期屆滿時，除預（決）算案及人民請願案外，尚未議決議案，下屆不繼續審議），就要在第9屆重新提出。
國民黨政策委員會執行長賴士葆受訪表示，尊重委員會召集委員職權，國民黨團還沒討論。
司法委員會召集委員呂學樟說，比起多元成家，大家對同性結婚較沒意見，但不能因同性結婚影響到大多數人的婚姻關係或傳統倫理綱常，修法應慎重思考。
民主進步黨團書記長黃偉哲表示，下會期碰上選舉，朝野黨團對爭議性法案可能會更謹慎保守，避免引起爭議，相關修法留待下一屆立法院處理的可能性較高，讓新民意重新思考。
不過，他說，台灣若有人聲請大法官釋憲，可能是讓同志婚姻合法化另一個途徑。
民進黨團幹事長蔡其昌表示，同志婚姻、廢除死刑等議題都需社會更廣泛討論。台灣社會相對保守，短期內要讓社會接受這樣的主張恐怕是挑戰。1040627
